Planning requests only

This is a private prelaunch preview. A request does not create a paid service contract, confirm availability, reserve a time or obligate you to pay. Submitting a request does not collect payment. If online payment is enabled for a separately approved proposal, its checkout identifies the amount and payment recipient before you pay. Test-mode checkout does not move real money.

One place to coordinate

SRVCS is developing a coordination service for homes and businesses. Before paid work, the proposal must identify the legal contracting parties, the performing business, SRVCS’s coordination role, scope, exclusions, price, fees, payment recipient, timing and cancellation terms. No provider may be represented as approved until verification is complete.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Before any paid booking, the written proposal must state the contracting business, payment schedule, cancellation or rescheduling deadlines, any fees, and the refund process. If those details are missing, request them before accepting or paying. Refunds and disputes require review by the responsible business; the current site does not issue automatic refunds or pay providers automatically. Contact hello@getsrvcs.com with your request reference for assistance. These preview terms do not establish a universal cancellation fee or limit rights that cannot be waived.

Service limits and guarantees

The proposed initial pilot concerns routine cleaning. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other specialist work are future plans, not currently available services. The website does not provide emergency response, technical diagnosis or safety certification. Any workmanship warranty must identify the issuing business, covered work, duration, exclusions and claim process. SRVCS is not offering insurance through this preview.

Clear approvals

Additional work and price changes require written approval before proceeding. Photos and checklist records support communication; they do not independently certify workmanship or waive a customer’s rights. An acknowledgement of a visit is not a release of unknown damage or defects.

Partners and customer choice

A partner introduction does not guarantee acceptance, employment status, assignments or earnings. Commercial terms and applicable licensing and classification requirements must be reviewed separately. Nothing in these preview terms restricts honest reviews, lawful reporting or rights that cannot be waived.
