What we’ll plan for

  • Discuss locations, service priorities and approval workflows
  • Plan itemized billing records and provider coordination
  • Identify the right escalation and warranty contacts

What’s outside the scope

  • No live facilities dispatch or emergency coverage
  • No insurance or blanket workmanship guarantee
  • Electrical, plumbing and HVAC remain future plans

The details
that matter.

Prices depend on the actual scope. These questions help identify the right next step before anyone commits.

  • How many locations need support?
  • Which services and issues take the most time?
  • Who approves work and spending?

A request does not create a service contract. The actual provider, scope, price, and timing must be agreed before work.

Is this available now?+

Business coordination is in development. You can register interest, but no dispatch, service agreement or paid subscription is created.

Who is responsible for the work?+

Each future work order must identify the performing service business, contracting parties, approvals, price and warranty issuer.

Can billing be consolidated?+

Our planned service organizes itemized provider costs and coordination fees. Payment collection and consolidated billing need an approved legal and processor setup before launch.

Service information reviewed September 25, 2026. General planning guidance; the provider must assess your actual property.
